donaiocell3tome_2_64x64The aim of the group is developing and applying Electron Nanometrology tools for Materials Science needs.Transmission Electron Microscopy advanced techniques and related spectroscopies (EELS, EDX and CL). New materials structure and chemical properties need to be characterized at atomic scale, in this way we make use of the advanced electron nanoscopy / microscopy tools to fully characterize a wide variety of materials: semiconductors, superconductors, magnetic, metals, catalysts and bio-functionalized.
