Eduroam (education roaming) is the secure, world-wide roaming access service developed for the international research and education community. Eduroam allows students, researchers and staff from participating institutions to obtain Internet connectivity across campus and when visiting other participating institutions by simply opening their laptop:

Eduroam allows you to connect with your username / password of your institution (eg CSIC) in the eduroam wireless network from another institution. To access eduroam we need a user name and password of an institution affiliated to the network. We also have to install a client software for the operating system of the device to be connected to eduroam. To download installers, we can go to the following link:


Click on the link to download the installer eduroam:


We see a window in the top right where we must seek the institution for which we want to download the installer:


NOTE:-> We have to choose our home institution, not what we Offers some wifi service. Once found, we select the institution and we onscreen all installers for different operating systems:
